2. If a student’s visa application or request to transfer from another institution to ANU College is refused, a full refund of tuition fees will be made. Written evidence of refusal is required.

3. A student who cancels his or her place in the program (in writing) at least 4 weeks before the program starts, will be refunded the tuition fees paid.

4. A student who, in writing, cancels his or her place or withdraws from a program less than 4 weeks before the program starts, will be refunded the tuition fees paid, less a withdrawal fee of A$250.

5. No refund of tuition fees will be made to a student who withdraws from the program after the commencement of the course. 'Withdrawal' is deemed to include leaving the program as a result of unsatisfactory academic progress or failure to comply with relevant College student policies.

7. Eligible refunds will be made within 2 weeks if ANU College defaults on the program and within 4 weeks if the student withdraws from the program.
